I've been in the State Farm family for 36 years, with the first 15 of those spent working in claims and claims management. It gave me on-the-ground experience helping people who had insurance claims, and I learned quickly about insurance products and plans that could help people get back on their feet. Becoming an agent seemed like a natural next step, since I felt driven to share my experience and help customers protect what matters most to them.My friendly, professional staff and I love talking to customers, and we go out of our way to make sure they feel valued and cared for.
